Preventive Maintenance
Getting behind on regular preventive maintenance is a guaranteed way to ensure that the piece of equipment will break down on you when you need it most. Not only will that repair cost you more than the regular maintenance would, but the break down will mean lost sales and upset customers.
CafeCare provides a program where restaurants can sign up for regular preventive maintenance on their equipment and select which items to be worked on. Additionally, the periods of time per year this maintenance will be conducted. Many items should be maintained every quarter, then there are items that only need biannual inspections and maintenance.

Clients receive access to our FREE app that provides for ease of management, adjustment, and reviews of the preventive maintenance program. The easy to use click button process allows for certain items to be serviced on a quarterly basis, while other items to be serviced on a bi-annual basis.
